DARK CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BROWNIES

Introducing the secret recipe for special chocolate brownies no less than with zucchini!

Yes, you heard right, one of the important ingredients of this cake is zucchini, well known and easily accessible. With chocolate, of course, they will give your cakes that invigorating humidity and freshness that will entice your senses and the sophisticated tastes of your guests.

To get started you need to:

1/2 cup oil

140 grams alcohol sugar

2 vanilla sticks

400 grams flour (whatever type you want, white, integral...)

100 grams cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

400 grams, grated, pre-peeled fresh zucchini!

100 grams of ground nuts or hazelnuts of your choice

For chocolate glaze you need:

100 grams of dark chocolate for cooking

100 ml of sour cream

Making Chocolate Zucchini Brownies

Mix oil, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl and whisk everything well together. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

Then mix with the previously whisked sugar and oil all together. Add zucchini and hazelnuts or walnuts to the mixture and let stand for about ten minutes.

Then grease a baking pan and nicely roll out the batter around the pan or baking tray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

You will see that the brownies are well baked if you stick a toothpick in the dough and it is clean, or only with a few crumbs glued to it.

To make a chocolate frosting glaze:

Arrange the chocolate for cooking in a medium sized bowl. Add the whipped cream to the cooking pan and bring to a boil.

When you see that it has started to boil, remove it from the heat and add the chocolate to it to melt it.

On a low heat, melt the chocolate completely in the sour cream.

Then pour the glaze over the baked brownies, and let it cool.

Serve cold brownies sprinkled with powdered sugar from above and with mint leaf as decoration.
